Including window displays, signboards, letterbox cards, open homes, editorial features, and newsletters. Currently providing 7% of all enquiries.
4. Inspections by Appointments and Open Homes
We offer inspections by appointment and of course, we contact you first to ensure the time is convenient and allow you plenty of time to prepare for the inspection. We also offer open homes on Saturdays and, on occasions, during the evening achieving maximising exposure.
5. Offers and Negotiations
At Harcourts Bathurst we monitor each potential buyer and explore all possibilities with them so that when we receive an offer we can discuss and advise you on the best action. We constantly undergo training that improves our negotiation skills giving us the ability to reach a successful conclusion as quickly as possible for all parties.
6. Exchange and Settlement
Our partnership with you does not stop once the selling process reaches exchange or settlement. We continue to be involved during pest and building inspections and are constantly speaking to the solicitors so we can let you know what is going on. We are with you all the way!
7. Selling Fee
We do not get paid until we have completed our task of selling the property and the sale is complete at settlement. We offer a fixed percentage rate of 2.75% including GST for exclusive listings and 3.25% plus GST for open listings.
